If you’re not fel scarred DH you are playing the wrong class and spec. People think it’s bland but I actually enjoy it.
Templar for questing, Herald of the Sun for dungeons.
Probably Druid of the Claw… I haven’t really looked into them in depth as of yet.
Stormbringer ele sham looks to be the choice for me so far. The dead grandpa hero talents seem really boring AND low dmg so : p

Ugh. Neither of Enhancement’s hero paths look remotely appealing to me. Not least of all because they’re both at this point suffering from the same problem of going all-in on one specific element – lightning for Stormbringer, fire for Totemic – which is going to throw one of Elementalist Enhancement’s biggest strengths in consistent damage output out the window for massive DPS swings due entirely to the RNG of which elemental wolves you happen to roll.
We’re talking as big as a 0-60% swing in element amplification on the vast majority of damage being done by these Hero specs every time you cast Feral Spirit.
I am extremely unhappy going into TWW.

Same. I like my character to be the strongest they can be, if they’re not within like 1% of each other, I’ll just pick the stronger one.
I know from regular talent balancing that “choices” like these are really just choices between my own comfort and being useful/competitive in group content. I’m not interested in picking the one that looks/feels cool and holding groups back in the game modes I like (cough cough covenants). If they’re one and the same, good, but I’m not expecting it.

Yup. I Will just let the people who have been playing the beta non-stop since it came out tell me what my spec should be. I want to hit the ground running, not reading talents and crunching numbers.

Haven’t picked my class yet but as someone who plays healers mostly:
If I go Shaman - Farseer.
Monk - not sure, both hero specs favor fistweavers which actually is putting me off the class.
Paladin - Herald
Evoker - probably Chrono
Druid - doesn’t really matter since you spec the same way as either Hero spec
Priest - lol
Whatever sims best.
Going Stormbringer.
Never putting a point into Totemic. There is zero point.

It’s essentially a legally distinct version of Warlock Metamorphosis and I’m all for it
