Title says it all. What is your opinion on your favourite class/spec for 2v2, RBG, world pvp and why?

For healers I gotta say holy pally, seems like an uber easy noob friendly healer at first glance, but I actually think its one of the harder healers to master. Holy pally is also superrrr mean in duels too with right traits and melee wings lol.
For dps I like WW, good mobility is always fun with some solid sustained and good burst. A solid all around toolkit.

I hope you don’t really consider Damage-Bot 9000 WW to have a “solid all around toolkit.”
That’s really depressing to read as a big fan of the original itteration of the spec.
@OP: Prob survival hunter and outlaw rogue. I’m a big fan of the hybrid melee/ranged feeling that their playstyles (particularly survival’s) have, and in the case of survival the combination of a fairly easy entrypoint with one of the highest skillcaps leaves you with a lot of room to play reactively and learn from your mistakes.
In an expac full of one dimensional specs, survival feels pretty 3D and that’s nice, even in a meta where it’s not exactly ideal in 3s.
Modern, Iv never played the original WW. I dont doubt what you are saying though. I played the original hunter, ever since the legion changes I just cant get on board with hunter anymore, and iv tried on numerous occasions in legion and in bfa. Kinda seems like the same deal.
I mean it has a disarm, MS effect, self healing with vivify and reverse harm, kinda an armor pen effect with tigers eye, great mobility. RoP is great utility. CC department is rather lack though.
I prolly woulda liked the original WW too but meh, this is all I can play now. Really only dps spec iv enjoyed since legion reworks.
EDIT: well if were taking classes of other era into consideration, cata MM and wrath/cata holy pally.

Sub rogue because to play it effectively you have to do more than damage.
second favorite is def resto druid. Really fun playstyle pre bfa rewarded for aggressive clones. Punished for bad clones and positioning.

Even though it’s not the greatest at the moment, I like Arms Warrior. It’s like playing a center in football… I’m shutting down go’s, giving my partners breathing room, and when it’s time we finna sack yo azz

im a demonic ninja who can do backflipz, and shoot energy out of my eye. also the warglaives from the mage tower are so awesome looking imo.
for healer i like druid because shapeshifting is very fun and unique, and it just feels so smooth to play. i like the way HoTs work I can put 3 HoTs on my partner and he can basically run out of LoS and i dont have to worry too much etc
Sub rogue. Still is one of the harder class to play, but pre legion it was so much fun man. So many different modifiers that you were managing. Only one dance. Getting restealths felt super game changing. It had bleeds and poisons. Overall was just a really fun class to play.
Sub is still fun now, but every spec is so watered down compared to what they all used to be
MoP/WoD ret by a mile for me. My spec is such a boring, garbage iteration of what it used to be. Nvm same can be said for the whole game lmao.

Demon Hunter because I can just run at healer and mana burn them all day and nobody ever tries to kill me. Aside from my darkness which has a built in ring of peace that pushes my healer out and my insta-clone once every minute they never expect anything from me except to gas peddle the healer so I am never blamed for any losses which is also a nice perk.
