What is your favorite weapon transmog skin in the game?

What is your favorite transmog weapon skin in the game? No restrictions, could be one for your class, or one for a class that isn’t your own.

I have a few that I really like, I’m a particular fan of the hook Apocalypse skin I use on this character, but I don’t think it’s my absolute favorite. I think for me, my absolute favorite is:

That weapon has always just really appealed to me, even when I’m not in an armor transmog that works for it.

I love my sickle dagger (Mage Tower Xal’atath skin).

I also love most of the Balance scythe skins.

The Brewmaster legion artifact weapon, the one I’m holding right now. It’s so good that I don’t think they’ll ever make something better than this. The idle standing animation too. It’s just too awesome.

Taeshalach. It’s been over 80 tries on all my characters and I’ve gotten nothing. I’m getting so sick of grinding it. I’m starting to think my character is bugged or something.

I don’t know that I have a “favorite”, but I’m fond of the mog on my bow. (Doesn’t show up well in armory, unfortunately.)

and the scythe boomkin artifact skin. i’d say the bear artifact skins were nice too but since i’ve used nothing but those three friggin skins, i sorta loathe them now…

On my pally, I always seem to go back the second craftable MoP PvP set, and the 2h sword from the first raid, LFR version. I actually use that sword with anything that I can match it to, but mostly that PvP set.

I use the Mage Tower updated version when I’m Marks. Old school Rhok when BM.

Havoc Mage Tower glaives and Mage Tower Ashbringer are two of my favorites.

For my low level casters, before I can use the AW skins I love the frost scythe from the seasonal boss that’s up right now

All of the MM artifact weapon appearances for Hunters are beautiful! Its a shame only MM Hunters can use it. Especially when you’re BM Hunter main like me :sob:

Fun fact: There are four recolors in the game files that were never used because Blizz loves making a bunch of weapon/armor models and recolors and then never using them.

What I wouldn’t give to be able to use Death’s Deliverance for any spec or class. Red for warrior and blood spec, blue for 2h frost dk, green for warlock.

Definitely Timebender’s Blade, the challenge skin for Fire mages. Such a good looking sword!

On a related note I would offer live sacrifices to Blizzard if the loosened transmog restrictions allowed us to use different spec’s artifact appearances.
