I don’t eat soup outside of fall or winter months much but minestrone or chicken corn chowder - I mean homemade for both not out of a can— they are both very close to #1 for me.

It shouldn’t be that cold, no! But above room temperature so you know for certain that it’s not a hot soup that went cold and that it’s refreshingly cooling.
Pret a Manger makes/made one that I really liked but it’s hard to find one near me these days and I’ve been wanting to try making my own.
The version you find in the States is not as smooth as what you’d find in Spain (where it comes from) but I’ve tried both and like both.

Hard to choose just one - miso soup, eggdrop soup, New England clam chowder, split pea soup… I think the only soup I don’t like would be Boston clam chowder.
