Depends on what I’m eating, but overall probably spicy bbq and hot sauce. Mustard for sausages.
I’m generally a fan of blue cheese. Especially when mixed in with some Frank’s Red Hot sauce.

I like the taste of meat so I generally order meat “dry” as I’m interested in that taste rather than the sauce. Now and then both are good and amplify each other’s taste.
This is also true with cake. The cake should be good on it’s own rather than a conveyance for the frosting.

every food gets its own sauce because I’m weird
french fries in ranch in restaurants only, at home they get ketchup or chick-fil-a sauce if there’s some laying around
pulled pork gets BBQ and ketchup (don’t make fun of me its good)
ribs get bbq
onion rings occasionally ketchup or just eaten plain
burgers get ketchup and mayo
hotdog ketchup only

Buffalo that isn’t too hot. ( I can’t eat super spicy stuff for medical reasons but milds aight )
The only time I liked ranch was when I’d get buffalo chicken from JBs. Back when they served those anyway.
We got some sweet / honey bbq sauce that I dip chicken nuggets in.
Sweet Chili Sauce (Panda Express brand is best) spicy and sweet and good on lots of stuff.
For salads, chipotle ranch.
