If you ever have a place that has Carolina Gold sauce for their wings and they have a buffalo chicken sandwich ask for them to substitute the carolina gold for the buffalo sauce .

Habanero sauce
I’m shocked nobody has mentioned sriracha. I’ve worked in a lot of different restaurants in my life and there’s always sriracha in the kitchen. It doesn’t matter if it’s an Italian restaurant that doesn’t use it in any of their dishes, there will be a bottle in the kitchen that the cooks use for personal meals. It’s good on everything.
Basically Thousand Island. Kind of like Yum Yum sauce too. But Yum Yum is sweeter.

I’m quite like the Franks Chili and Lime.
It’s not the hottest, but the tingle of the chili spice and tang of the Lime is a nice combo. I like using it on wings or battered Chicken Balls you can get from Superstore in Canada under the Presidents Choice label.
