Spiced crab apples like this one: https://spicysaucyvegan.com/spiced-crab-apples/ No one in my family makes em anymore since we can’t get crab apples and nurseries only sells decorative crab apple tree that makes pretty flowers but tiny inedible apples.
Second choice is cranberry relish. My family makes em, a couple pounds of fresh cranberries, a whole orange. Clean em all, use clean meat grinder or other food processor to chop/grind it all. Then add sugar, let it rest, taste, add a bit more sugar if needed.

I’ve only had one thanksgiving dinner in my life (not american), but the turkey was nice.
A shorter list would be what I don’t like but if I have to pick one thing it would be pumpkin pie.
