Basic tower
10 gbs of ram

Tomorrow:
Gtx 1060
Ryzen 5 2400 3.67 ghz
Enermax ECB3090 tower
16gb of corsair ram (the good kind)
Decent 40 dollar power supply
And a Nice motherboard (idk what it is, but far better from what I have now)

It’s a decent budget build, I got it for Christmas, I needed a new comp because my 7 year old computer is actually dying, I asked for parts for computer, and got the rest of my computer. I bought the graphics card myself. Power supply we bought on sale at fry’s electronics a couple weeks ago

Currently a MacBook Pro 2016 because my gaming PC died.

Gonna be building a new PC next year when AMD releases their new CPUs. Something like:

Kinda. It hit’s 60fps but it gets HOT as hell since it’s a laptop.

All settings ultra LOW though lol.

OP, I recommend you get a better power supply when you can afford it. Also AMD CPU’s can run hot (they are good CPU’s, but they do run hot) so get the best CPU fan you can afford.

My mobo, tower, and PSU aren’t really anything to write home about. It’s a few years old at this point, but I still average around 70-80fps on the 10 preset, so I’m safe waiting another year or two to upgrade.

Well I had a crappy one. Then on way to store last night someone set one on curb with free sign. I wish I had that kind of money. looking over it. it has a blown power supply. The rest look like good shape. Not bad it has a 1050 gtx ti, and rest not sure till I give a run through. It looks like we’ll taken care of. Free from dust. Only thing notice is power supply looks and smells burned.

Well since it’s a gtx 1050 ti, it prolly has a equal value processor. So all you need is a cheap but not to cheap. I’d say around the 40s range power supply.

A pc is a pay more to get more. And having a 15-20 dollar power supply isn’t going to get you far

i5 6600K (later i5s have more cores and less clock per core… still best value imo)
16gb ram
gtx970 (would gladly upgrade to a 1070 or so, 1080s are still too high for me and the 20xx are def. not the best value)

all in all still doing great for an “old” mid-range computer - i’d just step up to a 1070.
