So what is up with zombies. I did log in awhile ago and my toon was killed off. And I run back, rez and get killed off, and I run back and I am really irked. So I log in with a different toon and I get killed off. Who thought this was fun? So I logged out. I decided to check back. No servers available I thought maybe I was in trouble for saying P$%^S Off, but I guess they are down? But what is this with the Zombies, I do not find it fun to keep running back to rez just to get knocked off again. That is not FUN!

Thank you low pop servers. I think I died 3 times and none of them where that inconvenient.
I notice you did not answer my question what is up with the Zombies? Why are they there and who thought it was a good idea? I personally do not think it is fun to just run back from the cemetery just to get knocked off again and again. Maybe just put them in a special place like dead wind pass

I’ve had no issues, if anything zombies feel weak, one geared level 50 frost mage or boomy or something can pretty much wipe a whole horde of them solo, and even just guards in cities take them down pretty fast really. They can only really be an issue in places like goldshire or crossroads or rarely the sw portal room, it’s really not hard to avoid them either just a bubble or some mobility. Or you could just have fun messing with people as a zombie, it gets old after a while but it’s a nice change of pace while theres not much else to do right now.
The zombies don’t “kill” your character they turn you into a zombie. If it’s that big of an issue run away while you’re a zombie and die in an empty area so you can rez there instead of in the middle of the zombies, or take the rez sickness. I rarely see big zombies doing much, Servers are down right now and the event is over in 2 days anyways
As for who thought it was a good idea, the people who played the other 2 versions of this event, where the zombies were stronger than they are now. It’s different, fun, and they didn’t even turn zombies on for the whole prepatch, only the week before launch.

Honestly, this event is pretty sad… the zombies pose almost no threat at all.

Being my toons are level 20 or 23 they are a problem. I still do not understand what they are for. In duskville by Stormwind my toon kept getting frozen! But so sorry I said Killed my toon when they just turned me into a zombie and then others killed my toon.

Be patient the zombie event will be over Tuesday once Shadowlands launches.
I have noticed on Area 52 hardly any zombies in Org. When some zombies do appear the guards cut them down quickly.
I had to go way out of my way to find a zombie at the crossroads and insult its gender and who it voted for president.
Finally got ghouled and 40 NPCs rushed me.

yep. try it in stormwind or iron forge or Booty bay or duskville. you get turned and your in the cemetery. If it’s to announce shadow lands have fun. I have thought about BFA but keep putting it off maybe vanilla but I just don’t know. Decisions

Yea, we had a pack of a bout 5 come in to Ogr on my server and get absolutely stomped into mulch by the 3 dozen end game players hanging around.
Wear a mask and practice social distancing.
