What is this blue aura thing?

My monk has this blue thing all the time. I think only as MW. It’s been up since the patch came out.

I think this is pretty cool but I’m curious what’s causing it.

Zen focus tea? For some reason PvP talents get enabled when you hit training dummies, or maybe in open world in general.

Geez not even fixed from PTR
They pushed a lot of broken stuff on live

Also Jade Empowerment buff, like on PTR, disappears once 1 target dies and the damage goes down on other targets

You’re right! It goes away if I turn off war mode or switch off the PvP talent.

its the zen focus tea talent. no idea why

That’s what I’m trying to figure out. I swapped from WW to MW and this thing doesn’t seem to go away.

edit* I think its some kind of bug from the Zen Focus talent. But it should only show up when we press Thunder Focus Tea.
