There is a huge difference between changing lore and expanding it.
I absolutely despise black and white morality. Even in fiction. It lacks any degree of realism and even fantasy needs a touch of realism for me to believe.

They’re not suggestions made in good faith. They’re just there to pollute your notifications with annoyances for daring to discuss something the poster doesn’t like.

no. transactions like that allow devs to do more with thier game, the only time its bad is when its random (aka lootboxes) or its majorly game changing.
as long as its purely cosmetic and you can buy exactly what you wanted theres not a single thing wrong with it

just saw this one. nerfing classes with active buffs (mage,war,exc.) so that they will stop being lazy about using their buffs.
It’s not necessarily about black and white morality as it is a set of absolutes. People can argue that’s its “expanding” or try to reason it away but they made guidelines and then they broke them, repeatedly.
If you’re familiar with any ancient mythology from any civilization then you can understand how it is similar to certain other mythologies and different that’s what makes it what it “is” look the whole universe is simply a series of organizations of negative space and energy that basically has no mass, from that you get everything it’s all about how you organize it. The light as good and the dark as bad was not a social cometary it was based on a traditional sort of fiction - because they created their universe with those guidelines in mind they have not expanded or reimagined they have broken and that’s what bothers me.

tying flight to a journeyman achievement, for all the people who started after WOTLK, you used to simply purchase the flight for the expansion from a flight trainer, was simple and players could tap into flight before they basically did every thing that ever needed doing and no longer needed flight for anything other than convenience

They made no guidelines. They stated it one way. And you took that wasy to be gospel and unchanging even in growth or expansive way. Which is a flaw on how you percieved it now on blizzards righting. Blizzard never once said. LIGHT ALWAYS GOOD VOID ALWAYS EVIL FOREVER AND EVER. You convinced yourself of that and blizzard isn’t responsible for your personal preconceptions of lore. Essentially you’re mad because your absolutionist headcanon wasn’t considered canon by bliz.
