What is the spell called that can Horrified after healing?

Hi All,

What is this spell called that can get you Horrified after healing? Also, there is another spell that performs exactly the same thing except it is Silence after healing. What is the name?

Really dislike the fact that when my Shaman spam chain healing, I always get one of these two effects. Really annoying!

Is it really possible to be posting on a 60 spriest and not already know the answer to one of these? Just stop using the cleansing waters talent in bgs when spriest or affliction locks are present (also ele shm after 9.1) if you don’t like playing around dispel protections.

The abilities are vampiric touch (shadow priest) and unstable affliction (warlock).
