Because The Eternal Traveler quest didn’t come in that box.

So let’s go through this step by step, shall we?

This is what you got and it lists exactly what’s in the box:

The invitation you see there is this:

Which is a quest to go see the Bronze dragon so you can pick up the daily and weekly quest. The daily is a quiz. The weekly is the world boss kills.

And this outlines everything there is for the anniversary:

Nowhere in there does it list The Eternal Traveler or the transmog set.

Which I just showed you exactly where you got it from. And it did NOT come out of the anniversary gift box. Also… guess what? That quest is not ANYTHING your screenshot showed came out of that gift box.

This is not a thing. You are confusing what comes with the more expensive expac versions, not the anniversary.

This was already explained to you.

In case you didnt already know, you can get this quest with the base edition of shadowlands. All you need to do is click the tail of the mount of someone that has bought the heroic/epic edition and you can start the quest. Then click the tail again to hand in the quest.

Which also proves that this quest has existed way longer than the anniversary event. You probably just forgot about it and it popped up when you received echoes or logged in.
