My main is a 208 prot pally cause I’ve been too lazy to raid or do M+.
Drops 226. I hear N raid pugs (N also drops 226) are asking for 220+.
Should give you an idea if you’re trying to pug Tazavesh.

Usually 6-12 ilvls below the gear that drops is a general idea of recommended ilvl. Not that it can’t be done at a lower ilvl, but the lower you are the more exacting you need to play.

In my opinion, the place is a little overturned currently so 208 might be a bit to squishy.
Maybe with some strong DPS you could make it work

I’m 226 across on my Tank, and they still hit HARD.

I ran part of it with a guardian druid yesterday and was amazed to see the mobs take chunks of his HP away.
Getting 226 gear in M+ seems easier than a 0 in the new dungeon

Gotta make the Healer useful I suppose.
It’s not impossible, any tank going in with a wide grin just gives the mobs a bigger target.

Yeah, usually. Tavesh seems to be a bit overtuned right now. I’d suggest 218 for mythic, 222+ if you’re pugging. A lot of the fights are pretty tight, and the last one is extremely tight, especially 2nd phase.

the ilvl required is the amount of dps you need to kill the mailbox by zerging so you don’t have to deal with the bugfest.
IMO, the same item level you would want for a 10. Going off of boss HP numbers. Maybe a 12 because the place is new and people don’t know mechanics yet.
