The hex spell on my Shamy toon says it’s not learned? It is in my spell book and been there for a decade or more and now it says when I try to
use it. “it’s not learned”??? What the heck is going on?
It’s a talent you have to take from the new Shaman tree now. It’s no longer baseline. If you use the search feature in the talent pane, you can find it.
