That’s pretty much it.
I’m not too jazzed about account-bound everything myself, because I tend to focus on one or two characters at a time.
It’s just a non-feature for me.
The visuals are nice, but that’s about it. And it’s bugged half the time right now.
To make your character selection more like Diablo 2?
You realize the majority of that type of RP on the server is people coming from OTHER servers, right? No? Huh, another classic alt that doesn’t do research or have any leg to stand on.

It’s not just a pretty new UI feature in the character select screen. It’s a feature that allows a single character to collect every type of transmog for every type of armor class, no matter what character you are on.
Lol, level up your alts automatically in some dungeon while you’re on your main? Please, get real.
The large reagent bank and being able to transfer/consolidate currencies were the biggest account wide features that I was looking towards.

I mean to when people level multiple toons this way it slows down people actually leveling fast. I had a group where he was healer but was leveling a tank alt so instead of using the tank to keep aggro the dps were dieing cause the tank wasn’t doing there job.
There is if you want to be able to purchase recipes and other items from the rep quartermasters on your alts.

Oh my… they said what Warbands are since Blizzcon 2023. How can people be in the dark this badly? Warbands have a huge gameplay feature… might want to look into it. People are going to be farming transmogs nonstop…
I really don’t like the new character select screen.
It’s just a giant blob of every character you’ve ever made and then you have your one group of 4 characters while the rest of them are trapped in that pile of names.
Its not a “classic” alt my man, OG vanilla alt on retail.

The point was to see your favorite characters around a camp fire. What we got seems to be the wish.com version of the mockup we saw last Blizzcon.
I’ll give them a passing 70% grade with a stern see me after class in red marker.
I think blizzard didn’t realize how many psychopaths have 37 active characters.

It’s not even just that. For me these are old characters I haven’t played in 10 years, but I don’t want to delete them because they all have some sentimental value either due to them the first character I ever made, or they have some legendary I spent forever farming, etc.
I’m not likely to ever play these characters again, but I don’t want to delete them. Now, however, they’re just in the way.
I think a lot of people still don’t understand that deleting characters doesn’t get rid of them forever. However yeah you can only restore them one at a time if need be. Maybe blizz needs to find a middle ground for this and allow you to make characters inactive and only seen when you want to. Might not hurt though to clean house a little bit especially if you’re not using a character and it’s just for a name or something. Let someone else actually enjoy playing a character with the name. I’m kind of seeing this time period while they fix stuff as a chance for a lot of people to maybe realize they don’t need 40 characters. Although a lot of people won’t acknowledge issues and self improve they’d rather just complain until they are given more benefits instead these days haha. Anyways sorry was just venting my thoughts on it.
