There’s no regular music that makes me think of WoW, but I do occasionally get the urge to listen to Daughter of the Sea from Jaina’s BfA Warbringers video and that always gets me in the mood for WoW. I love that song, it’s one of my favorite video game related songs.

Back in burning crusade… my husband and i would play in the same room and he had this addon that would play songs on your computer like your own radio station.
Sounds neat right?
This… freaking addon played Sweet Child O’ Mine on repeat 3 times every time he went afk it felt like.
Every time I hear Sweet Child O’ Mine now I am instantly taken back to farming adamantite in Nagrand… Annoying but kinda funny memory.

Okay, funny related story…
All of Slipknot’s Album Volume 3: The Subliminal Verses reminds me distinctly of Outland. I listened to that entire album on repeat, relieved only by Antichrist Superstar and American Idiot, throughout all of The Burning Crusade and I’d fly around doing dailies and being Blade’s Edgy.
And now every time I hear that album, I’m right back there farming Apex Shards and Motes of Air.
All Hope is Gone instantly takes me back to Wrath of the Lich King, but nothing makes me as WoW nostalgic as the song Dragostea Din Tei. Well, except Karlfriend’s video.
