After playing HC for a while I think I want to actually level a Troll Warrior from 1-60 but I’m not sure if there is any active servers.
So what is the most active, non HC players, that are playing Horde on a US PvE server?
edit: why I don’t want a HC server is because the AH will not be very active if 99% of the player base is HC. Also grouping and other activities will be extremely difficult
For Classic PvE Horde you server will be Mankrik. It’s said not to be as populous as Alliance, but any other server will be even less. It’s funny Mankrik used to be the Horde PvE destination.
We have a decent showing on Atiesh, despite there being a much greater Alliance presence. If you come to our server, drop me an in game mail & we can work on helping you find a good guild based on your play style.
Yes, connected realms share an Auction House. Each set of realms listed in those clusters is effectively merged as one. As an example, all toons on Atiesh, Azuresong, Myzrael, and Old Blanchy can group, trade, guild, raid, etc. together.
My only critique for this otherwise exceptional pasta is to mention that BG queues pool all realms (connected clusters & the RP stand-alones) in their geographic region. All Classic Era realms in North America see each other for instanced PvP; their queues are the same no matter which realm/cluster you choose to call home.
Join the horde on Whitemane! It IS PvP but I have not had any issue with getting ganked by 60s ever (Others may not be able to say that though) and have had lots of opportunities to group for dungeons, elite questions and just other random quests where you may otherwise need help or potentially be competing for a quest mob. Very enjoyable leveling
I’ve been bouncing around trying different classic clusters and Horde PvE is sadly not as robust as the Alliance PvE population. If you can try to deal with the possibility of getting ganked I would honestly roll on Whitemane Horde. It’s the biggest server on the biggest cluster so you can’t go wrong rolling on either faction
