As the title says, Recently I have been seeing HC videos where when a mob aggros to the player you hear Obi Wan’s famous “Hello There” and I am curious what addon or aura that is… I would like to have it.

It’s the video editing, not an addon. However, you could easily create a weak aura using the custom sounds.

literally yes.
Yes. People submit their videos and they do some fun editing with them based on the circumstances of the clip, and they don’t always do the same voice. Sometimes a troll aggroes and you’ll hear a “Ello Mon” troll voice. There’s a lot of repeat tropes they use, not that that’s a bad thing, but it does repeat. They’ve been cashing in on Pirate’s “Do you see my mana” or “What do you want me to do for you” lately as well.
They also like to highlight blunders someone makes. Last clip I watched ended with a hunter dying despite having feign death available for use and they blew that portion of his screen up while he was slowly dying.
