I have been wondering about Azeroth’s infrastructure regarding the handling of waste such as trash and non-potable water. Where does it go and what are their recycling programs like. Where can I find these facilities.

The goblins are in charge of this. Which is a problem.
Major cities they have magic to take care of the issue. Obviously from ogres and the abundance of WoW poop quests, the infrastructure is lacking in some communities.
