Oof. Hard to say. Most cloth armor has a smooth touch to it because they’re primarily used by spellcasters.
The best I got is Frostfire Shoulderpads, but they certainly don’t have a “Horde” feeling to them. Unless you have a purple Undead spellcaster.
Depends what sorta spikes you are looking for.

That certainly doesn’t have a “Horde” feeling to it. IMO

The Torghast stuff is prob more in line with what you want.
Then they missed. That doesn’t look like a Orc spellcaster would wear that.
But again, IMO.
