I am looking for a BS to craft me a weapon but dont know whats thehighest level a crafted weapon can be , and how much they cost to craft?

Item level 727 is what you get when you craft with a Enchanted Gilded Ethereal Crest and a Gilded Augmentation Matrix and get R5.
