Probably Fozroc in Stonecore, since he’s made out of stone.
Although, in seriousness, the mechanic that has you run out of the circle has caused many wipes not only when Stonecore was current, but now in the timewalking raid.

My guild could not handle Lady Vashj. We had an easier time with Kael than we did with those stupid orbs you have to pass around.
I remember M’uru was known as The Guildbreaker for a period of time.

I’d say illidan. level 70 25man pre 3.0 I think might be off as it was so long ago before WoTLK. illidan was a 12 phase fight at the time the two adds had 1mil each in hit point. The flames of azzinoth I was a rogue with I’d say at the time 11k-13k health in full t6 not to mention smaller adds later on that could one shot you best fight of all time.
