A friend of mine is getting into the game and seems a bit lost when it comes to determining upgrades. I tried showing them how to sim for themselves but simcraft doesn’t seem to want to play well with the new essences yet.
Is there a more… user friendly site or program that will just take info and spit out reliable results?

download the simc addon to quickly export the character and all gear
post it in the top gear tool of the raid bots website and you can customize the sets and run quite a few iterations for free
Yep! Pretty user friendly once you get used to everything. I’d suggest using “Gear Compare”. It’ll let you make a bunch of selections to compare (essences, traits, talents, pieces) and return the results showing each combo. There is a cap though on how many different combos you can do.
edit: now i can’t remember if i use top gear or gear compare since they’re similarly named xd
