For both Horde and Alliance. Ive been playing on Wyrmrest Accord but being 3 hours ahead is not a good thing.
For Alliance it’s Moonguard I believe
Alliance is moonguard, Horde is Wyrmrest accord, those are the only real options for RP realms, all the other ones are dead or dying. (i’m also east coast and never found the 3 hr difference for wyrmrest that big an issue, there are a TON of guilds that operate on an east coast schedule)

I’m Horde on Moonguard. Just stubborn like that I guess.
Moon guard. Goldshire inn is a wholesome place for the whole family to enjoy.
I play characters from both factions on mg. Just avoid goldshire and dont read into trade chat much…lol
Moon Guard’s pretty active in the early morning, so I don’t think you’ll have a problem with the activity window. At least, not Alliance side, anyway. (I can’t speak for the flip side since I keep my Horde characters on a different server.)
Trade chat isn’t even that bad. Popular servers are just like that in general.
I was meaning the non rp chat that tends to flood during high pop hours…makes it not very rp ish but meh.
Also hard to recruit for guild.
For what it’s worth, Moon guard goes off central time.
Nope. MoonGuard’s server is in the LA data base.
Google WoW data centers, since I can’t post the link to the website here
I’m eastern US timezone and I get a noticeable +20 ms latency when I’ve messed around on Moon Guard. That being said, I’m sure a lot of people still play there. You’re just not going to be as good as you should be in a raid or pvp environment.
The Scryers and Argent Dawn are East Coast. Far from empty although significantly less overpopulated than the largest servers. Earthen Ring is East Coast and a great place if you don’t like it too crowded.
Sure a vile place, everyday we stray further from god
