What is the correct procedure to receive technical assistance?

I have been having crashing issues for several weeks now. Nothing I submit or post ever even gets acknowledged. How do I get technical support?

Most technical problems can be resolved with the support documentation Blizzard has on their site (support.battle.net). However, I believe you’re referring to the one-on-one troubleshooting Blizzard used to offer as a courtesy service. They changed their procedures earlier this year, so while opening a ticket may point you in the right direction, the staff no longer combs through reports from your computer. You can post about the issue in the forum to see if other players can help.
