What is the best/most useful Skinning specalization in Dragonflight?

I have one character who is a skinner and she just reached the point where it’s asking me to choose between Tanning, Harvesting, and Bait. I’m really not sure which one would be the most useful , and would like to hear what other people are doing.

Since nobody answered, I did more research and found this at Wowhead. I’m posting my findings in case anyone else has this question:

Pro Tip: The first tree you should always open as soon as you get Skinning (25) is Harvesting, even if you don’t plan that to be your main tree and never put another point there. Opening the Harvesting tree immediately gives you increased damage against beasts and dragonkin while outdoors in the Dragon Isles. It’s not a ton of extra damage, but more is always better here. This one is a no-brainer, especially given how quickly you can open up your other specialization branches.

IMO the most important things you can do with skinning require you to be able to craft the bait to lure elusive creatures and be able to infuse that bait. After that getting trophy collector becomes important. There are only a few valuable items from skinning, everything else sells for next to nothing. The dreaming antler fragment sells for 3-4k on my server, and the obsidian cobraskin gets like 5-6k. The only others ones that sell for more than 20g are a few of the trophies, like the pristine vorquin horn and rockfang leather.

Other than those, botting has ruined gathering.
