What is the best sports movie of all time?

Caddyshack, Major League, A League of their Own, Moneyball, Rocky, Miracle, The Natural, Hoosiers, Slapshot, Raging Bull…

Did someone seriously say Space Jam? lol.

Cool Runnings.

Just kidding.

White Men Can’t Jump.

Just kidding, even though I am…and I can’t. Imagine if they made a movie called Black Men Can’t swim. Suddenly it’d be racist. Double standards, amirite?

Seriously though.

Bloodsport. Best “sport” movie.

The longest yard.

Nope, the answer is The Water Boy. Bergthoras had it right! Nice job!

Thread’s over.

The answer is field of dreams and any one who says other wise either
-Does not have a heart
-Has never seen it
-Has never wanted to play a game of catch.

Happy Gilmore.

A close second if you mean the Sandler version.

The only true answer.

Because Rudy represented an exaggerated version of so many casual sports fans experience. Not being good, working really hard just to barely ever see the field, and having 1 play that you carry with you as your gem for the rest of your life.

The Natural starring Robert Redford.

42 starring Chadwick Boseman.

Two good Baseball movies that are fun to watch.

Waterboy 100%

Rudy hands down

Alita: Battle Angel spends a lot of its running time on its in-universe death-game sport, so I’m gonna go with that.

  1. Remember the Titans
  2. Hoosiers
  3. Rudy
  4. Cinderella Man
  5. Field of Dreams
