What is the best race for a new Fury warrior?

Title. Horde and Alliance.

Vulpera 100%

The one you enjoy most. The mechanical differences between the races are extremely insignificant.

Blood Elves & Night Elves each add a little bit of extra M+ utility if pushing keys matters to you.

If you really have to pick the race with the highest theoretical dps, there you go, but you’ll notice all but like the bottom 5 are within the margin of error. The whole range is something in the realm of .1% to .2% dps.

Yeah looks like it’s all up to preference. The differences don’t seem to really mean much since it’s all so close. Chances are I won’t be someone who would put to use the full min-max benefits anyway. Thanks for the reply I’ll go with whatever pleases me aesthetically.

Race doesn’t make the damage meters for you like some will tell you.

Anyways, Tauren are the best.

I disagree with your choice but love why you made it

May your death beneath an elvish blade be swift and painless.

dark iron is a solid choice, get the glyph that sets you on fire when you enrage and you run around being a tiny angry man on fire

This is my alliance alt. If worgen could be horde he would be my main

This is objectively false. Gnome is by far the best race on Alliance. If you’re Horde though, there’s this really strong race that you can buy called a Faction Change… at which point you roll gnome. Because gnomes are the best.

Never underestimate both the scaling of crit damage and the value of warstomp

Your mog looks like an angry red chicken but I dig it

I see how the Blood Elves dispel would help but what do NE have that add utility? Might be a dumb question but figured I’d ask.

One thing to consider for Night Elves is that Shadowmeld is a great aggro drop for DPS and with weeks that have Necrotic, Prot’s can drop those stacks and snap back aggro with Taunt if the boss fight gets hairy towards the end and DPS can give the healer some relief.

Overall your choice doesn’t really matter unless you are trying to run +20’s and get into the MDI’s.

I see ok thank you for the answer :+1:

Dreaux laid out a couple ways you can use Shadowmeld but the main use for it is trash skipping. It’s effectively a rogue’s vanish, except you can’t move afterwards. A party of night elves can run right by trash and drop aggro in a safe location. Makes for easy resets too if you’ve messed something up. It’s more reliable than deathskipping, faster, and you don’t eat the 5 seconds per death either.

Looks good and I like the the taxes look. 9/10
