As the title asks, what is the best leveling spec for Warlocks right now? Also, would that include the ‘fastest’ spec or ‘easiest’ spec?

Right now I’m leveling with demonology and things are pretty easy so far, at lvl 27, started yesterday.

Affliction will always be the best answer for leveling because you can dot a bunch of things and spam drain life to sustain you.
Just pop out the voidwalker and start dotting everything up.
Easiest spec in terms of learning curve is destruction.

Yep def aff. You can move around and dot up everything. DoTs hit pretty good in low levels.
I have levelled a lot of warlocks lately. All three specs are easy and powerful while levelling.
Whatever you want to play at 70 is the answer.
Especially with the 50% xp buff right now.

I have leveled SOOOO many warlocks. When leveling, in my opinion, speed of kills is king. Survivability is rarely an issue.
If you want fast kills, demonology or destruction are better. I haven’t played demonolgy much, but the problem I have with it is it takes more effort and attention to get high damage output rolling. When you are questing you may have 30 seconds or more between mob kills so demonology lacks, again, in my opinion. Destruction kills things about as fast as demonology with less effort. Most things die with immolate> conflagrate>incinerate, frequently with just the conflagrate.
If, for some reason, you are in a situation where survivability might be a concern, you are better off using affliction, especially if specced into siphon life and the various tweaks to stamina and drain life. With the insta casts of DOTs, you are more free to move and focus on draining life to stay alive while your voidwalker tanks for you. Don’t forget to health funnel to keep him alive.
All of this is based on questing. Heirlooms are a huge help, despite what some folks will tell you. If your gear sucks, everything will die slower. If your idea of leveling is spamming LFD, then your mileage may vary.
As always, the one you enjoy playing the most.
Destruction feels really bad at low haste levels.
With the 50% exp buff honestly it does not matter much you will get to 70 so fast anyway.
Open world aka questing or LFD?
Open world nothing beat Affliction leveling even without heirlooms you will run though mob packs putting up agony/corruption and siphon life on each mob. Only on named and rare mobs will you have to stop to cast.
LFG with pugs go with demo as getting a pug tank to stop for destro aoe is not going to happen. LFG with a tank friend who will gather and then stop destro wins.
yup and just use void walker.

Demo is by far the best to me. Once you get rolling your horde of demons just decimates everything around you and they take all the aggro so you never get dazed like you do with aff.
Plus with aff i noticed a lot of mobs will leash when nearly dead if you start pulling too many.
Unless playing Demo, then always use Felguard.

I always went with aff. Just dot everything and burn them to the ground. Nothing really lives long enough to give any issues.
