What is that Fire Mage Proc?

There is a proc that appears over the character. An oval of fire.

Its not heating up or hot streak, is over top, not on the sides.

What is it?

Sun King’s Blessing triggers after consuming 8 Hot Streak procs , causing your next non-instant Pyroblast cast within 15 seconds to grant you 6 seconds of your Combustion effect.

The guides I have looked up haven’t mentioned it, but it sounds like it cold cast of pyroclast would be worth it…

Found it. I guess (like a lot with Fire) it’s complicated. You use it during combustion phase?
