What is Ret pally rotation?

I wanted to make one for my next 1800 mog but idk how to properly spend holy power or generate it, is there like a bread and butter rotation?

Can’t find any YT guides that are recent either.

Same as every other melee…start on the left side of your keyboard, smash left side of face into keyboard and roll head across to the right side of keyboard.

And what, caster is harder? Ele is just apply flame shock/primordial and roll your face on your lava burst key and earth shock on proc for 50k DPS every lobby.

almost every spec has a fairly simple rotation these days, ret is definitely one of those specs.

Your personal vendetta leads me to believe I must’ve slot machine killed you at some point. Cmon boss, just tell us your character names. Quit hiding.

That’s what i’m trying to figure out, idk why more rets don’t make guides like other specs.

Run in, pop wings, and get kited.

Most caster specs don’t work with keyboard face smashing because all your abilities are greyed out from the infinite melee stuns, kicks and silences. Infact, most casters cant even res because we get the error message…you cant do that while stunned.

Is that how rets are one shotting? Just wings into decree? Or am I missing the other rotation part of it.

Good thing Ele/SP, the S tier specs are 95% instant casts.

General builder Priority while not over capping on holy power.

Judgement > Blade of Justice > Crusader strike

Judgment gives 1 HP and buffs next spender by 20%, Blade of justice gives 2 holy power and crusader strike is the lowest priority as it does the least damage and only grants 1 holy power.

Maintain either blessing of dawn or dusk, use spenders to not over cap or you just lose holy power.

Lvladen Ret on You tube puts up some basic guides/talents and burst rotation goes. Savix does on occasion as well.

Thank you, and what’s ourb ig DPS combo?

Some variance here.

But you want to have Seraphim up, Blessing of dawn up and a judgement debuff on target. Generally you wont be holy power capped so then it’s wings into divine toll - Final wreck- Radiant decree then builders and spenders, use your DPS trinket here as well.

If you are at max/3 holy power you can Divine toll after Radiant decree.

Dope ty so much

No ret is one shotting you with decree shut up.

Yea I report all of them as spam now. It’s Gormuck.

2-shot them from ranged and win anyway. Classic Ret gameplay.

The rotation is simple as everyone else stated.

Build 5 holy power. Then it’s just a simple -
Seraphin, wings, trinket, divine toll, divine reckoning, execution sentence, judgement (if toll hit 3 targets), wake.
Depending on your haste you’ll start spamming builders hammer of wrath->blade of justice → judgement → crusade strike. You have a free judgement landing every 5 seconds you need to line up to spend after each of those hit. Don’t forget you need to be hitting 5 holy power and 0 holy power regularly so consider that when you’re building and spending. Also you need to manage lawbringer on all 3 targets as well or your sustain or ability to swap targets is really bad.

Anyways the basic rotation. That’s the easy part. Dealing the damage. You’ll need to know about surviving and using your support spells later that’s where the skill of ret comes in. It’s good thing the rotation is simple.

Judge > Blade > Crusaderx2 > Execution Sentence (Most bad players freak out when they have their WA moaning at them for you using Execution Sentence so wait out their Defensive). Get 5 HP > Seraphim + On Use > Wings > Final Reckoning > Divine Toll > Radiant Decree into your fillers / JV spam. I usually end up killing something before I get to my fillers lmao sick class

You generally want to line your Radiant Decree with Judgment and Final Reck, outside of that you rely on the sustain damage of Lawbringer applied by Divine Toll. The rest doesn’t really matter.
