What is Remornia?

Yeah, some day we will all wake up with a copium machine, and be grateful shadowlands was but a nightmare.

Remornia is a swordfu, much like Xal’atath is Knaifu

Xal’atath is a better comparison.

DAE Grizzle my Hills? Mankirk BRD Hogger? amirite? Updooterinos to the left!

We might have lost our chance to see him again within Shadowlands. The Lords of Dread fight would imply more dreadlord lore/interaction was planned, which itself is an extention of Denathrius. But we lost whatever season four was actually supposed to be, and I don’t think we’ll have a real lore reason to interract with the Shadowlands again once we move on.

I haven’t done the raid, what do you mean?

Maybe not, but the dreadlords have never been constrained to the Shadowlands so I’d be shocked if we’ve seen the last of them. I’m not sure if Denathrius can leave his realm or not, but being a soul stuck in a sword might have solved that dilemma.

Largely just the fact that the fight exists in SotFO at all. It’s a wholly disconnected concept and even storyline from everything else going on. Several things point to the raid intending to end at Anduin, and then Rygeleon, Lords of Dread, and the Jailer were tacked on just to wrap things up and not waste some unique fights that were already in development.

I wouldn’t necessarily be surprised to see some dreadlords, but I don’t know what purpose they would serve in the narrative anymore. Denathrius would have to be back and pulling the strings again, but why? Just seems like a stretch that Denathrius would be restored (implied the Jailer was needed to do this), and trying to meddle with the cycle again on his own this time? Ehhh
