I have a pile of these on alt. Every week I get more. I’ve looked it up on wowhead and it says something about the catalyst but these things have never helped me progress the quest in any fashion and the NPC doesn’t care about them. What do?
If they are stacking up as items in your bag, you can safely delete them. They are supposed to be hidden quest items which grant % progress towards the catalyst weekly (and progress can be gained account-wide).
Getting “Renascence” fills the bar on the Catalyst weekly quest that was likely picked up by your first toon to loot the vault… all your toons contribute to filling the bar, which at 100% grants another tier conversion charge.
They are the items you loot that fill the Revival Catalyst quest bar.
I know I got them from the first 3 hunts I did on all of my toons prior to the Catalyst.
You can delete them if you get them physically in your bags.
