So this is just a for funsies discussion, no wrong answer.

If you could have your dream wishlist for WoW’s future, including Classic, what would it be? I mean, the things that would make you a die-hard loyalist to WoW.

Be nice, this is meant for fun, and keep it around 10-20 things.

I’ll start: Now, mind you, I’m already kind of a loyalist, so mine are just kinda wish-listness.

RETAIL::

  1. Leveling return to more lore-oriented and kinda grindy, OR at least the option to turn off the leveling buffs at will.

  2. Follower Dungeons for ALL dungeons, including past ones.

  3. Temperatures. I’d like to know what I wear in a zone and its temperature.

  4. More Winter-fits. Wool cloaks, hoods, boots, etc.

  5. Back to beginning Professions, none of this weird dynamic 1 star-3 star nonsense.

  6. End xpac leveling more organized. Instead of hitting max level & having EVERYTHING open up, have it open up as you complete more of the story. It was so confusing when I was working on late Dragon Isles stuff I was absent for that xpac so playing catch up was confusing.

  7. More Trading Post tokens per month. I hate having to pick and choose. I WANNA OWN IT ALL.

  8. Fix the matching low-level fits. I hate looking like a crayon threw up.

  9. Not meeting Proficiency on Pet Taming–Specialized books are GONE. Lets go back to BM having the talents to tame the random weird pets.

  10. More coupley options and events. Yes I’m talking MUSHY stuff, I wanna go on cute little things with my husband in WoW and make him dress up like a puff ball and dance at a ball and stuff. Not time gated behind events.

  11. GET RID OF THE FLAME TOSS FROM THE MIDSOMMER FESTIVAL! It doesn’t work for those of us who can’t see things very well… its an accessibility issue! Its been 17 yrs and I’d like to finally get that one done!

CLASSIC:

  1. STOP MAKING CLASSIC!!! Its NOT classic after Lich King, If you’re gonna do it into further expansions call it like Renewed Journeys or something and make dedicated servers for them. Its just ending up being retail 2.0 now.

retail i would like to see 10 times the effort put into the xmogs, this game lacks severely in customizations.
classic I would love to see SoD style format redone with new maps and quests, SoD was extreme fun for me.

Tinker class with tank, ranged dps, and healer specs.

Gladiator Warrior as its own spec.

Killing Spree for Outlaw reworked as a channeled pistol barrage that doesn’t get you killed. (Movement allowed during channel)

Brewmaster reworked to be good in M+

Keeping the general reward, gearing, and difficulty structure of season 2 moving forward. Great season for a time limited semi casual player.

Retail kind of just is what it is at this point

I’de like a classic server that gets ran like Osrs with more challenging endgame added that doesn’t get spam reset

2 player version of M+ with NPC teammates for the missing 3

NPC followers that we can select and customize.

Decoratable mounts.

More hairstyles.

Custom tattoos.

Cosmetic glyph packages, like shaman witch doctor.

Customizeable underwear.
