Go search on eBay for similar laptops that have sold, that should give you an idea of what the market is willing to pay.

What is the screen size? What is the brand and model? What is the CPU gen? What is the GPU? How old is it? What condition is it in? etc…

Here let me help you with an example:
Brand (i.e. Dell XPS 17)
CPU Model (i.e. Intel i5 7300 @ 2.6 GHz)
Memory Size, Type and Speed (i.e. 16GB DDR4 2600)
GPU Size and Model (i.e. Nvidia GeForce 2060 256GB)
Monitor Size and Type (i.e. 17.3 inch TFT display 1920 x 1080)
Condition: Used, 1 year old, have all parts and power supplies. No visible `blemishes or damage, 100% working.`

Electronics are only worth what someone is willing to pay.
If that laptop has no GPU and that CPU is a quadcore, I would only pay about $300 for it if its less than 2 years old. Without a GPU its basically a internet browser and work machine, and I can get a laptop that can do that from a electronics recycle center for $120. That’s how I get all my work laptops since i break them very often.
Ill buy it for $1.
