Blues for 200 / you can only have 1 purple crafted at 226(?) and legendary 245(?)
Blues normally cost like 4-8k on auction house per item.
You can craft blue 230 gear, though you can equip only one piece. You can also craft/buy 200 gear and equip it all, aloong with what was said above.
230 1 unique crafted, max legendary at 262.
Not sure about rest of the blues though.
current patch (9.1.5 at time of writing) is 1 262 legendary, 1 230 blue, rest for crafted is 200.
next patch (9.2): 2 291 legendries, 1 purple 262, rest are 233 for crafted.
there are currently mythic raid boes from sanctum (252) in 2 slots (dependent on armor type), and there will probably be a similar number in sepulcher (278, TBD if they exist though).
