Nevalistis left Blizzard in 2020 on her own terms of her own free will - to go to Wizards of the Coast, another dream company for her. She left on good terms.

When she left they replaced her with 3-4 people.

That only happens if they are abusive to the GMs at which point Blizzard essentially fires the customer. There have been several cases of people spamming the ticket system daily for the same issue over and over and over and over.

Incorrect. I was told action may be taken if I persist but the response was wrong and I knew it. That’s why I asked for a manager. They apologized and helped me. That’s not being abusive. That’s not letting someone blow smoke up your skirt.

That was really nice. I remember it well. I also remember having to spam redial to get into a 2 hour queue to talk to someone It also ate up cell phone minutes back when we paid for them - and cell phones tended to DC when just sitting on hold. It was a bad experience.

I started during Mists. My phone plan already had unlimited minutes and IIRC, Blizzard had already adopted the call back system. I I am remembering incorrectly, I guess I never had a 2 hour wait in que and am just thinking that they did because I wasn’t on hold that long ever.

I get it when people say that they’re human too and make mistakes but when you create repeat tickets of the same thing, the odds that GMs made the exact same mistake multiple times in a row is just not likely at all. I don’t know why anyone would continue trying to make excuses for this unless they’re just trying to wind people up.
