So in some fights i’m hitting heal after heal after heal and before 11.0.5 i would see health bar movement but now its barely a nudge when i hit them with a surge heal. What did they do to my healing?
In case someone thinks otherwise yes i’m using my other spells i just point out that nothing seems to be working.
