They’re reworking how the glow works.

It’s probably not intended tbh.
If it were intended, there’d be more glare on the eyeball itself, but instead it just looks dull and flat.
The glowing one is cool looking but the PTR one looks more realistic

I can’t wait to have those blue eyes on my High Elf! I hope those really are the eyes on the PTR.

I hope they get a glow like worgen. Their glow is more subtle, but also cool
Or a glow like the lich king, where the energy just flows out from the eyes constantly
So this is how we will get blood elves with blue eyes

I like them more without the glow. It’s more realistic to how they’re supposed to be. Not really big on flashlight eyes. They could have more of a faint light to it though.

It’s a work in progress, they’re going to brighten them again.
DKs look weird but the rest of the races look better IMO. But yeah I dont think they’re finished so not really a fair comparison yet

The Blood Elves look great, Death Knights and Night Elves, not so much imo.
I agree they feel somewhat flat, though it’s still very much a WIP.
What I would like would be the nice glowing effect that Draenei have where it looks like the eyes actually glow from within, rather than placing spheres of light in front of the eye.

the glow sprite has been removed, presumably as an error or for rework.
I hope that’s the case.
I don’t want to lose my glow. I’m going to be tilted beyond belief if I lose my glow.

Somehow they’ve managed to make male night elves even uglier.
Let them stew for a bit, you know folks just had a meltdown when you burst their bubble with this right?
Edit: personally i prefer the larger glow, it makes them more sparkly special.
