I want to thank all of you for your inputs and comments regarding my situation w/ Blizzard.
The only thing I was guilty of in this matter was, “multiboxing” which, based on my research is acceptable to Blizzard.
I have appealed one more time to Blizzard to correct the “banned issue”.

Multiboxing is in and of itself, ok.
But, using means to stream line how you to do have been limited.
Please note, however, that use of all software or hardware mechanisms used to mirror commands to multiple World of Warcraft accounts at the same time, or to automate or streamline multiboxing in any way may result in account penalties.
