Our guild bank charges our members 50g a week dues as a buy-in to be able to be eligible to raid. We are currently debating what percent is okay for me to take as a management fee to compensate on all the time spent on administrative duties (which limits my ability to farm and make gold, hence the proposed fee). I was suggesting 20% but everyone thinks that is too high.
Our guild furnishes mana potions, food, fire protection potions, eye of shadows, etc. We are also stockpiling black lotus for flasks for BWL, paying for half of the arcanite bars for our two thunderfury’s etc.
The guild also matches 50% of BOE cost for whoever needs to buy tier pieces.
We use classic guildbank addon, and a dedicated banker account
but we dont sell the stuff to guildies, they are the ones helping to collect mats for things or withdrawing mats to produce finished product etc.
Why would we make them buy back what they put in?
