It’s a holdover from the Vanilla Beta where all traits were skilled up.
It just means you have (Level * 5) skill in each set of abilities.
it is an entirely visual bug, included in the game on purpose for the sake of authenticity just because it happened back then even though they had to go our of their way to program the bug into the game because they’re not using the vanilla client to make this, but they’re backporting patch 7.3.5 to make this

That means your biceps are getting thicc (arms) and you are getting angrier (fury) ofc.
I remember back in classic your specs would have bars in the skills menu but I’m pretty sure they where solid grey bars and didn’t level up, I think that part is a mistake.
Fury levels are ranked from “Drunk Uncle Ted trying to kill trees while wearing a cloth robe and only using an offhand dagger” to “Swifty in Amazing Warrior Tricks.”
