The title isn’t clickbait, What the hell has blizzard done to brann?
A month ago he was barely functioning in delves and now hes oneshotting t11 delve bosses.

There’s basically a scaling bug in delves. Brann’s hatarang and certain abilities like the phase cutter are doing damage scaled to a T1 delve.
There’s even a way to get a player into your t11 delve and do damage as if he’s in a t1.
We put him on ADHD medication.
It works on her invading-your-delve form, but not in her actual delve.
