Do you literally have to be 370 or higher? Saw a post from someone on the forums saying theirs was 370 @ ilvl 368 but maybe their unequipped was higher. I'm sitting at 368 on my main and it's still a 355 cache.
Honestly? I don't think anyone knows but I saw someone quote a blue post that there are hotfixes in the works.
Per the blue post it's average item level.
It looked initially to be ~368 average to get the 370 but they are bumping it down.
Prob should be 350 for the 355 and 365 for the 370.

3 days ago I saw my cashe at 370. At the time I was iLvL 359 equipped, 364 in bags. Still stumped how it works, if it even works for others.
i'm still convinced it's 364.x to get 370 emissary caches.
flush 364 doesn't do it but somewhere before 365 it kicks in.

Meanwhile my 373 toon is seeing 340 caches. This is why I don't bother with BfA anymore.

Good question. I started getting them at 370 the day they changed them. I was 360 ilvl but others are getting different things.

Didn't they say that you had to have a piece of Azerite armor at the level to get that level of cache? I started getting 370 caches right after i got a 370 helm from the M+ Chest
Ive been getting 370 azerite cache pieces at 365. Should also be noted that all my azerite pieces were 355 with last trait unlocked (so 360)
i was 363 and i had two 355 and 370 equipped. It was a bit of a surprise to see the quest reward was a 370.
One of my guildies said they read something which said you can have 1 low ilvl item holding your cache upgrade back. I also think I experienced this on my hunter. I went into an M+ with 361 ilvl and one sub 350 ilvl piece (I think it was a 340 ring but I can't remember) when I went in my Azerite emissary cache was 355. At the got a 370 ring in the chest which brought my avg ilvl up to 363 and my Azerite emissary reward was 370.
Also I think the items have to be soulbound (so no holding boes in your bag).
