That’s one of the problems. No counterpart to Horde dwarves or female humans in the Horde. 
But that’s Blizzard for you.
They should have removed the racial segregation concept years ago. It’s absolutely out of place to still segregate players solely based on appearance after nearly 20 years, instead of finally allowing them to play the faction they actually like, along with the races they enjoy.
