What if Living Flame Dot Procced?

Hi,

What if the living flame dot from the talent had the ability to proc essence burst or free living flames or even firestorm?

An awkward thing I’ve found is the gap between fire breath CDs - even with the shorter CD talent. Allowing the living flame talent to proc it as well could be crazy fun!

I think the most fun I have with evoker is when I get lucky with a bunch of procs.

Thoughts?
