You could hop on one of their horses and take their power for yourself. When you do this it empowers your hero talents specific to that riders power you inherit. This in turn changes up your Hero powers as a Death Knight.
Each one of course having a specific damage type/utility allowing you to change things up a bit based on your needs in a fight.
