Unknown, but last it was discussed in 2011, Metzen stated they intended for her to be dead along with most of the rest of the family so that Arthas wouldn’t have to kill them after he was done patriciding Terenas.

I believe Metzen hinted that she died, but knowing WoW writers, she’ll probably turn up later as the Lich Queen.
