What I miss:
Legendaries - I loved these, even if I didnt get the best possible ones until way later. Our whole guild would light up when someone dinged a leggo!
Artifacts - Early in the expac, it was meaningful and fun to “level” these. You had choices, and no RNG.
Legion Mission tables - great missions, lots of reasons to run them.
Meaningful reasons to run WQ’s - ok, mainly for a chance at a lego, but still I ran them all the time on all my characters.
A Story as good as Legion
What I like
Areas - amazing art, scenery and ambiance!
Old Gods - More interesting than Horde vs Alliance imo.
Dungeons - I like the design of these in BFA. Lots of interesting layouts and themes.
Warfronts - Ok, might need some beefing up, but meaningful rewards, fun layouts and multiple choices of what to do each time you enter. Great way to gear up.
New Races - Vulpera, Tortollans, and , uh, the snake guys!
What I dislike
Azerite system - so boring and limiting.
Class Design - too dumbed down, yet still imbalanced, with lack of meaningful changes fast enough. I’ve never been so frustrated with the Shaman class, and have been mainly playing alts.
People are Bored - my guild is big and has been super active since Vanilla. I’ve never seen so few people online so soon after an expac release.
Islands Exp’s - Why even bother? Plus, the good ones (Heroic+) you really need to run with good people are its just a waste of time.
Professions - Expensive or hard to level, with nothing worthwhile at max.
The Economy - The equivalent of the Fed raising interest rates 1000% while also eliminating half the money in the economy. A disaster that was forced too quickly, should have been eased into over time.
Thanks for listening!
